Biosecurity – related equipment

We supply some general biosecurity products, such as entrance boot mats, chemicals (Virkon S, Halamid, povidone iodine, chlorine), ULV and thermal foggers and tools such as infrared cameras.

See the technical data on ULV foggers and thermal fogging equipment that we supply and our online shop for these foggers. These are placed under the agriculture categry as they are used in medical and pest control applications.

Use of industrial chemicals

When using chemicals, implement individual protection measures, such as personal protective equipment (PPE). Ecotao can supply PPE type equipment. We need to know the chemical or enviroment to advise properly on items like respirators.

Eye protection with tightly fitting safety goggles is important.

Hand protection with protective gloves reduces exposure. Glove materials include Nitrile rubber, Butyl rubber, PVC, Viton®, Neoprene. Contact us for your general purpose glove requirement.

Skin and body protection entails long sleeved clothing or protective uniforms.  We can supply disposable protective clothing.

Respiratory protection requires a respirator. Various filter types are available, depending on the type of gas, chemical or particle that you are being exposed to.
