Fish Egg Hatchery System
The fish egg hatchery system is a recirculating system including transparent fish egg hatchery jars and water filters. The fish egg incubation jars are with domed bottom perfect for incubation of fish eggs, each incubation jar has individual water inlet and outlet, a group of incubation jars are connected one main water inlet/outlet pipe and fixed into a frame to be a complete incubation unit. The filters is an integrated bio filtration system including bio tank and media, water heater, air pump, circulation pump and UV sterilizer, it can provide a ideal water condition (aseptic, rich DO, suitable pH and Temp, etc.) for fish eggs hatchery.
Fish Egg Incubation Tanks
The fish egg incubation tanks are available for fish and shellfish hatcheries; customized tanks are available with volume up to tons of water. Tanks are available as a 1000 litre version with shallow sloped bottom and a 500-litre version with a steep sloped bottom. Egg hatch out trays are also available for abalone hatcheries.
Artemia Hatchery Cone
Brine Shrimp Hatchery made from cast acrylic Plexiglas, it is an ideal culture vessel for hatching brine shrimp eggs culturing rotifers and live copepods. Conical clear acrylic design aids in suspension of eggs for maximum hatching efficiency. The complete hatchery includes sturdy four-legged stand, thermostat, air pump, lighting, artemia strainer, rigid tubing, flexible air tubing, collection cup, and splash lid. Plastic drain valve allows for easy cleaning and disinfecting and harvesting of artemia or rotifers or micro-algae.
Algae Cultivation Column
The algae cultivation columns provide a fully controllable reactor system to the marketplace. The reactors are available in a range of incremental sizes from 10 – 200 L. The columns can be illuminated with LED back lighting that can be tailored to specific photosynthetic requirements. The systems are mixed by aeration which significantly reduces mechanical shear, and display excellent levels of turbulence and mass transfer. Standard fabrication is in acrylic, with manifolds and connecters made from PVC or aluminium. A variety of ports for inlet/outlet and sensor functions can be added dependent on requirements.
