Wöhler A 550 Flue Gas Analyser
The analyser a heating technician uses to set up, service and check boilers, gas heaters and solid-fuel appliances.
It measures the composition and temperature of the flue gas and the chimney draught, so combustion can be adjusted for safety and efficiency and the result recorded for the customer. An industrial version is available for larger combustion plant.
Wöhler M 603 Pipework Pressure Tester
One instrument to pressure-test gas lines, drinking water pipes and waste water pipes.
Automatic test sequences step the user through each pressure test and record the result, which reduces operator error. It is the instrument to reach for after installing or altering a gas line, and it pairs with the SC 660 module for water pressure tests.
Wöhler GS 300 Gas Leak Detector
Pinpoints the exact fitting or joint where combustible gas is escaping.
Where a tightness test shows that a gas line is losing pressure, the GS 300's probe is run along joints, valves and appliance connections to find the leak so only the faulty part is remade.
Wöhler RL 300 Refrigerant Leak Detector
Finds refrigerant leaks on air conditioners, heat pumps and refrigeration systems.
It sits in Wöhler's refrigeration range alongside the MR 400 manifold, VP 400 vacuum pump, RS 400 scale and REC 400 recovery machine, which together cover commissioning and servicing of a split system or heat pump.
Wöhler VIS 700 HD-Cable Camera
HD camera inspection for sewer lines, flue gas systems and ventilation ducts.
A joystick steers the pan-and-tilt head so you can look at the pipe wall, not just ahead, and a miniature head covers smaller pipes. Footage is recorded for the report and can be shown live on a phone or tablet through the Wöhler app.
Wöhler VE 500 HD Video Endoscope
Looks inside walls, ceilings, appliances and machinery through a small opening.
The combination probe views forward and sideways, split screen shows both at once, and the inspection can be streamed to a colleague or client through the Wöhler Smart Inspection App. It finds concealed leaks and damage without breaking out finishes.
Wöhler Viper Cleaning Rods
Flexible rods on a reel for sweeping flues, chimneys and ventilation ducts.
A brush or star screws onto the end of the viper, which is pushed through the flue by hand. Sizes run from the Viper S up to the Viper XL and XXL, and rotary vipers add a powered drill drive for stubborn deposits.
Wöhler RM 300 Drain Cleaning Machine
An electric drain cleaning machine for clearing blocked waste and sewer pipes.
A rotating cable with interchangeable augers and cutters clears blockages in indoor and outdoor pipes. It sits between the compact RM 200 for indoor pipes and the RM 400 drum machine for longer runs, and pairs with a Wöhler inspection camera to confirm the pipe is clear afterwards.

- Gas installations. LP gas installations are covered by SANS 10087. The Wöhler M 603 pressure tester and DM 602 manometer check gas lines and pressures, gas detectors pinpoint leaks, and flue gas analysers and dew point indicators check that appliances burn and vent correctly.
