Dewatering Screw presses

This is for sludge treatment.

dewatering-screw-press

This dewatering screw press works well for low concentration sludge (2-5 grams per liter).

The screw press is energy efficient compared to other technologies and uses less water. Manpower/labour costs are also lower.

It can replace sludge thickening from aeration and sedimentation tanks

Some of its major features include, 24 hour running, not thickener required, smaller footprint, ability to de-water low concentrations and low maintenance and operational costs.

Mechanical bar screens

The mechanical bar screens removes solids and large debris from waste water.

Drum filter screens

drum-filter-screen

Wedge wire drum filter screens are for filtration at larger particle sizes of 0.1mm to 10mm than on the micron screen drum filters.

Rotary drum screens

This unique filter system allows screening, washing, dewatering, compacting and transport in a single unit. The wedge wire screen units filter in the range 0.5 to 6mm, while the perforated drums filter between 1 and 6mm.

Rotary screen technical parameters

Flow rates range from 80 to 3600 cubic meters per hour.

Step screens

Step screens are used in areas with space constraints, deep tanks and can lift up to 3.5m. Angle of inclination is 45 to 75 degrees.

Decanter centrifuges

The decanter centrifuges run at high rpm, creating high g-forces for separation of solids and water. Flow rates of different models range fro  400 liters per hour to 18 cubic meters per hour. The cake leaves the bowl through the solids discharge port.
