This pure oxygen generator can produce pure oxygen with high pressure, it is specially design to work with the pure oxygen diffuser, the pressure of the generated pure oxygen is high, so that it can directly connect to the pure oxygen diffusers, it is an energy saving way of pure oxygen aeration in deep water culture aquaponics system, or in high density recirculating aquaculture system.
Pure oxygen diffuser
The micro bubble pure oxygen diffuser is the most easy and efficient way to mix pure oxygen into water, the micropore of the diffuser is only 1~2microns which can generate 0.1~0.5mm micro bubbles, thus the micro-oxygen bubble will drift and suspend freely in water, so that the oxygen can efficiently dissolve into water. It is easy to use, the user just needs to connect the diffuser to their oxygen generator or oxygen tank, need no other hydraulic or electric devices. It has firm structure and beautiful appearance, it has no metal parts, anti-corrosion, anti UV, suitable for fresh/sea water pure oxygen aeration, can be used in aquaculture, live fish transportation system, fish processing plant, wastewater treating industry, etc.
Oxygen cone
Oxygen cones are used for mixing oxygen in the water. It makes the saturation efficiency very high, up to 95%. Water and oxygen enter at the top of the cone at relatively high speed. The stream of water pushes the oxygen bubbles down until they completely dissolve. It’s use for RAS aquaculture recirculation system.
Oxygen saturator
Like the speece cones, the oxygen/ozone saturators feature 100% oxygen/ozone absorbing capability. The
water and gas enter the top of the column, where agitation and shear occur. As the water and gas move
downward, their velocity is reduced by the increasing diameters. This allows time and space for any gas
bubbles that have not dissolved to float. No bubbles escape from the saturator, it is the most efficient way
of gas-liquid mixing for aquaculture aeration or wastewater treatment.
Oxygen generators and ozone production
Any Ozone generator will make 4 times as much Ozone if Oxygen is used as a feed gas instead of air. Furthermore, the Ozone will be up to eight times more concentrated, and as a result far more soluble in water.
Using an oxygen generator and a small oil-less compressor, a high concentration Ozone can be produced. This is ideally suited to applications such as the disinfection of treated water for bottling.
