Perforated metal plate

Perforated sheets are supplied in the following materials:

• Mild Steel
• SS430
• 3CR12
• Stainless Steel 304
• Stainless Steel 316
• Hardox

For an accurate quote we require data on the sheet length, width, any outer margins, plate thickness, plate material, aperture size and pitch.

Pitch of holes: The pitch or center distance is defined as the distance from center of hole to center of hole in two adjacent rows. e.g. the hole size can be 10 mm, while the pitch is 15 mm. The wall thickness between any two holes would then be 5mm.

The sheet margin is another necessary specification.
